2023-2024 Sustaining Impact and Coast-to-Coast Expansion
The year 2023 marked a new chapter of sustainable growth and expanding opportunities for IMPACT Youth Club. While continuing many of our long-standing service traditions, IYC broadened its impact through new educational partnerships, humanitarian initiatives, environmental projects, and creative service opportunities. Our volunteers remained committed to serving their communities with compassion, leadership, and dedication, demonstrating that meaningful service can take many forms.
This was also a milestone year for organizational growth as IYC officially established new branches in California and an expanded chapter in Taiwan, extending our mission beyond New Jersey and creating more opportunities for young people to serve their local communities. With 72 active members, 2,293 volunteer hours, and 25 President's Volunteer Service Awards, 2023 reflected not only the continued strength of our organization but also laid the foundation for even greater impact in the years ahead.
By combining leadership, volunteerism, and international collaboration, IYC continued to inspire the next generation of compassionate leaders while extending its impact far beyond the communities where it began.
Expanding to California and Taiwan
2023 marked a major milestone for Impact Youth Club (IYC) with the official launch of our California Branch and the expansion of our Taiwan Branch. These new chapters quickly embraced IYC's mission by developing volunteer projects that reflected the unique needs and interests of their local communities, while empowering youth to lead, serve, and create meaningful change.
This coast-to-coast and international expansion significantly broadened IYC's reach, strengthened collaboration across branches, and welcomed new ideas, cultures, and perspectives into our organization. Together, these growing chapters laid a strong foundation for the next generation of youth leadership and community impact around the world.
