As the governing body of the organization, the Core Board ensures that IYC’s mission, values, and standards are carried forward across all branches and programs. By supporting collaboration, accountability, and sustainable growth, the Core Board helps create an environment where youth leaders, volunteers, and communities can thrive together.

At Impact Youth Club, the Parent Board of Directors provides guidance, support, and oversight to help ensure the organization continues to grow with a strong foundation. While youth leaders take the lead in planning and executing programs, the Parent Board serves as trusted advisors and stewards — supporting youth development, protecting the organization’s mission, and helping create a safe and sustainable environment for young volunteers to thrive.

Youth Mentorship & Support - Guide and encourage youth leaders, provide advice and resources, and empower students to develop confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.

Safety & Accountability - Ensure programs follow appropriate safety practices, maintain responsible operations, and support a positive environment for all members and volunteers.
