Youth Leadership
At IMPACT Youth Club, youth leaders are the driving force behind our mission. They take an active role in planning projects, organizing events, leading volunteer initiatives, and turning ideas into meaningful action. Through hands-on leadership experiences, they develop confidence, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while making a positive impact in their communities.
Supported by dedicated adult mentors and the Board of Directors, our youth leaders are empowered to make decisions, inspire their peers, and grow as compassionate, responsible leaders. By giving young people the opportunity to lead today, IYC is preparing the next generation to serve with purpose and create lasting change for tomorrow.
Our youth leaders focus on four key areas:

Program Leadership - Plan, organize, and lead service projects, meetings, events, and initiatives that advance IYC’s mission.

Member Development - Mentor fellow members, foster teamwork, and create opportunities for leadership growth and active participation.

Community Engagement - Build relationships with community partners, represent IYC at events, and promote a spirit of service and collaboration.

Innovation & Impact - Develop creative service initiatives, encourage new ideas, and lead projects that respond to community needs.
